When you post your job, service providers will receive an SMS with details of your job straight away and you will start receiving replies with their offers. For that reason you can't edit or delete your job. If you change your mind and want to cancel your job, please write to us and we will delete it from the system without any problems for you. If you want to edit your job we suggest you repost it.

You only need to post enough details for the professionals you are seeking to contact you. The minimum info you need is your email address. Whether you want to include your phone numbe is up to you. We do not recommend that you post address details.

As soon as you post your request, the professionals who fit your request receive an SMS alert that they should access our website for the details. If a service provider is online when your request is posted, they could respond immediately. If the service provider is not online at the time of the request, they can reply via SMS. We will convert it to an email and send it straight to your inbox. Either way you should get an answer quickly.

There is no restrictions. You can get 2 quotes or you can get 20.

Our policy is to register only legitimate businesses and service providers on our site. It is up to you to check the credentials of anyone who makes you an offer. When you receive an email replying to your job from a service providers you will also find a link to their Directory Profile page where you can check their feedback, qualification, work history and see pictures of their work before hiring them. You can also ask for references.

If you happy with the offer you choose you can hire the service provider. The hiring process however happens out of our system, it is between you and service provider only, so please make sure that you check his Profile page in Directory (feedback, work history, qualifications and picture of their work) and ask him/her for references before hiring.

Post your job, receive replies, hire a service provider with the best offer and once the job is done you will be sent an email with a link to his/her feedback page where you can rate him/her. Please do not ignore it and always leave feedback - positive or negative, it will help you and others to make a right choice next time you hire someone.
